IPhone Users Most Loyal, Followed HTC And RIM

An investment bank, UBS, conducted a survey of about 515 smartphone owners to determine their loyalty to the smartphone that they use.

From the results of the survey, as many as 89% or nearly all of iPhone users said they would remain loyal to Apple’s iPhone and plans to buy new phones if they will replace it. In second place is HTC that 39% of its users will still buy the products if HTC decides to change his cell phone right now. Manufacturers Blackberry, RIM, fell to third with 33% of its users are still loyal. RIM is down half the value compared to its same survey 18 months ago with 66%. Apple also sebanrnya value slightly declined in appeal 18 months ago at which time there are 95% of iPhone users are still loyal to the iPhone.

Are fourth and fifth are Samsung and Motorola with the percentage rate of 28% and 25% which shows that Samsung and Motorola mobile phone users are very prone to switching vendors.
